Greetings all.
I just passed the Foundations Exam and got my certifcate all the way from Greece! Did not expect that one.
I am now looking into training to prepare for the Service Operation on the Lifecule Modules as well as reading into Operation Support and Analysis Capability Modules which seem at least in name to go hand in hand.
Any advise on this path? _________________ ITIL Foundations
