We are looking for a guest speaker who is a SME in ITIL Problem Management to come and present at a meeting that is being held within our organization with Service Delivery Managers as the target audience. We have implemented ITIL within our organization, however, we are looking for a practical presentation around implementation and real world examples from the workplace. Please let me know should you be interested.
