A question came up at roundtable meeting; our agenda was the development of a SLA for Active Directory Services (AD). The question arose: "Should the catalog be more descriptive of the service than the SLA? Does anyone have any samples of AD service cataolg or SLA?
If still stuck, let me know. We are working with an extremely large organization with their Active Directory group and I may be able to weasel out the Service Catalog and SLA/OLA stuff that they put together. I can be reached at RandyASteinberg@aol.com. Thanks!
