Hmm

This site is NOT google. Google is your friend.

Our personal opinion about the different training companies may not match your opinion about the different training companies

Also, by most renown - do you mean the one that post the most advertising online, sends the most advert emails, etc

it depends. They all do. They are training companies. That is what they do

DO they have their own internal trainers or contract out ?
Do they have classes near where you live ?
Do they have classes accordign to your schedule

The price should be about the same for the foundationc ourse if you take a course - however, some have specials.... others dont

If you are interested in ITIL, do your own damn search as it is your and your time and effort that will be impacted.

As for personal opinion, I have been to 3 of the 4 big ones

I like all of them that I attended. They did what they were paid to do

hi john,

I understand my personal opinion may not match other's opinions. But with experience and exposure of you and others, it may help me to make my decision based on inputs from you guys.

Obviously google gives me all the training institutes but it does not give me reviews of these institutes. Maybe if you find some, let me know

Please share which ones are the top 4 in my opinion and i will continue with my google friend based on your advise.

Thanks

Anup

Anto999,

At least you understand and making an effort on your side

I have used Fox IT for my ISO20K course.

3 day course in Woking

I have used Xpertise in central London

10 day ITIL v2 Service Manager's course
Both used contractor / instructors which is the norm.

Liz who is on this forum is one.

I have heard good things about Purple Griffon.

To be honest, the training company does not matter really. It is the instructor and the method of training.

The facilities are usually the same. a bunch of chairs, desks a whote, over head etc

Many companies use freelance trainers such as myself- as John says. I have worked for most of teh well-known companies. So much of the experience is based on which trainer you have - as the syllabus is identical. However, to some extent it is true taht you get what you pay for - some cheaper companies offer a very poor trainer rate, and so the best trainers will not work for that.
