We are looking for a ITSM Suite (ServiceNow) development and Support consultant.
Report Development, SQL queries, Databases, Knowledge Management, Integration with Middleware
At least 5 years of ITSM (ServiceNow/BMC Remedy/HP Peregrine/HP SD) development experience (preferable ServiceNow platform), ITIL exposure a must (Tool or business process).
Experience with
- Web services, APIs
- VB, VB.NET, ASP.NET, VB Script etc.
