Hi every body!

i am an iranian IT analyst,and my organizatrion decided to use ITIL for its functions,so i searched the net to find any case study about ITIL models,and advices,but i coulden't finde any comfortable one,if you have any please send me the links!

Could you be more specific about what you want to learn?

Is your organization not following up its decision by informing, educating and training the staff on the basis of the value it has identified in ITIL?
