Dear All,
I am presently working on an engagement where I have to define availability management plan and capacity management plan. My organisation is implementing a new HP monitoring tool for production and non-production monitoring which will offer standard monitoring parameters but we are also carrying out a requirement gathering exercise to understand the monitoring requirement from technical team. While monitoring tool implementation and requirement gathering is in place I have to define availability management plan and capacity management plan with guidelines, since I have not had in-depth experience in these topics I am seeking some help with templates, artefacts you might have that you can share with me.
