Hi friends,
I am a Microsoft and Novell Certified Support person and have cleared the ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.
Since I have no experience in the various domains of ITIL V3, I would appreciate if anyone can guide me on the best way forward to peruse a career in the framework.

A career in the frsamework would mean either a trainer or consultant, both of which require considerably more qualification and also sound experience of working in service management if they are to be taken seriously.
If you have worked in IT support then you have worked in several "domains" of ITIL, including, almost certainly incident management and change management, although you may not have been following ITIL guidance or anything like it.
If you are currently in a support role then you have the opportunity to apply the little learning you have done in ITIL, both toy the way you perform your tasks and by promoting improvement ideas for your current procedures.
If you do not want to be a trainer or consultant, then you have to think about what kind of senior role you want to pursue and obtain more in-depth understanding of ITIL particularly (but not exclusively) in that area. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."
