Hi Friends,
I hvae 10+years experience in IT Industry in Technical as well as operational role.Recently i have completed ITIL V3 certification.
Just wanted to have information about the companites which are ITIL aligned in India & which field would be bettereither technical role or operational role.

Steady there Boris. I thought he was quite bright. I'm not too clear how to properly distinguish operational from technical roles.
