hi guys, looking to do this - im a problem manager and only have foundation v3. however, im looking to improve the Cv and also want to appeal to a broader spectrum, not just a problem manager - i may consider the service operation capability to solidify my PM role at a later date - Also im told the CSI is very tough to get thru and that you need other modules to help you before u attempt the CSI - i do have prince2 foundation too.

I believe, but I am no expert, that your actual work experience is more important than other ITIL modules when it comes to these. But it must be helpful if you read and understand the books (that should be helpful even if you never do the courses). _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."
