I have 7 years experience in Service delivery of IT Industry.
Worked on Incident, Problem and change management during my service delivery in Application development and Maintenance activities, not exactly on definition part.

Now i have started a new role in process consulting area with definition part of problem management.

My aspiration is to gain knowledge in ITIL and to achieve a position of ITIL guru (equal to this).

In my journey what would be my next step. please guide me.

Thanks in advance.

Ravimohan

I find it quite humerous that you are going into Process consulting when you can't even create a training process for yourself

hmmm

Did you read the the offical ITIL certification path ?

That should be your guide

Finally, ITIL Guru ....no such person

Knowledgeable about ITIL - there are
Very knowledgeable in Change mgmt - there are
