Curious why you have the words "mission statement" in quotes rather than the word "ideal" which is in fact the less meaningful term.
Even more curious why you think that canvassing for such a statement from people who do not know your business (and, for all you know, actually know nothing at all), can lead to anything approaching an "ideal" mission statement for you.
On reflection, as I write this, perhaps you meant to say you were looking for a universal abstract mission statement for service delivery management. Well these are ten-a-penny, and, if you are very careful, you can adopt one without doing too much damage to your service delivery or your image. not too much, but some damage.
My contribution:
how about "to deliver services as required"?
