My organization, STI Knowledge, can provide ITIL training (Accredited) in English in Switzerland. Although based in the US - we have performed On Site classes all over the world. I know also that HP offered ITIL training in Switzerland in English & German. I know some people that went on the course and recommended it

Hi - I live in Bern and have recently done the ITIL Manager's courses - but at SYSOP in Heywood, Manchester. It was cheaper to fly to England than to do a course in Zurich, with NCC (German language course, but all docu and exams in English, god knows why they bother with the german).

The Foundation course I studied myself at home with an online course, (Art od Service in Australia) then did the exams at a Migros Klubschule exam centre - a lot cheaper than attending a classroom course.

You can also get English language courses in Munich, but they are very expensive - I reckon England is the best bet, especially with cheap Easyjet flights (if you can put up with crappy easyjet that is..)
