Here are a few mock questions I pasted here for understanding confirmation. Welcome to throw your opinon. Thanks.
1. Which of the following statements BEST describes a Definitive Media Library (DML)?
A. A secure location where definitive hardware spares are held
B. A secure library where definitive authorised versions of all media Configuration Items (CIs) are stored and protected
C. A database that contains definitions of all media CIs
D. A secure library where definitive authorised versions of all software and back-ups are stored and

Answer: B
D is wrong because DML doesn't include "back-ups"?
2. Defining the processes needed to operate a new service is part of:
A. Service Design: Design the processes
B. Service Strategy: Develop the offerings
C. Service Transition: Plan and prepare for deployment
D. Service Operation: IT Operations Management
Answer: A
I chose B because "Define" a process is more strategic.

Answer: C
Anybody would like to share the " relationship between SLM & BRM" ?

Why not C?

Answer: A
I don't agree with it. Without a workaround, it's still an Error, not a Known Error.

C. Both of the above
D. None of the above
Answer: C
why is 2 right as well?

D. Availability Management
Answer: A
A is right, but B&C don't seem wrong as well.
9. Which of the following Availability Management activities are considered to be proactive as opposed to reactive?
1. Risk assessment
2. Testing of resilience mechanisms
3. Monitoring of component availability
A. All of the above
B. 1 and 2 only
C. 1 and 3 only
D. 2 and 3 only
Answer: B
I reckon 3 is also proactive because monitoring helps foresee and take actions.
