Dear All,
I'm Ikhwan from Malaysia. So, i want to know regarding the existing model for incident handling. For your info, i'm as researcher and on the same time doing master degree.
My problem now, i don't know to category the component of incident process. For, can you all explain or help me regarding this issue.

What do you mean by "existing model"?

do you mean categorize?
do you mean that you regard the incident process as a component? of what?
