Prathap,
have you read any books?
Have you experience in a service delivery environment? _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."

It appears to me that you have no knowledge of ITIL, IT Service Management nor of Change Management
The questions you are asking are not advice - which is always free - but an attempt to get consulting from the forum
My question to you is as follows
1 - Do you have any experience or knowledge about Change Management
2 - Why are you asking this forum on how you should implement Change Management
3 - Are you willing to hire some one to do the consulting for you / your company. _________________ John Hardesty
