What kind of study materials or books do you use to prepare for your ITIL certification? Have you guys use any dumps?

Dumps are unethical and probaly illegal. Also, they may not have the correct information.
In addition, there are grey sites that have outdated information about the ITIL material and they tout the info as the gospel

ITIL Certification - beyond foundation - must be taken in a course - either classroom or online. The materials in the course are IP protected - do not ask for copies. You cant take the exam unless you do the course

Foundation certification does not require a course. there is official study material available - google it
