Hi,
I am looking for some advice, I have been tasked with drafting an IT Service Delivery Framework. This for a an Infrastructure Group that comprises of Networks/Telcoms, Service Desk, Desktop, Database Admins, Server Admins.
I am looking for some tips/tricks as to where to start and what you would suggest I should focus on.
Apologies in advance is this is a rather broad request but any advice would be much appreciated.

Your current focus on what teams/functions are within the infrastructure group is flawed.
Start by determining and documenting requirements and underlying policy and purpose. Only then start to think about how services are (and should be) delivered.
Use ISO20000 as a guide. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."
