This is a general question to the ITSM/ITIL/Corporate community on a very specific subject.
What is the global need for ITIL Service Managers with Fortune 100 experience, authoring of ITIL papers/contributions, project management certification and experience, COBIT experience.
In general then a very high level of qualification, experience and skill.
I have been doing research and have found that at the current time there are only thirteen thousand service managers globally.
Any definitive answers on this subject, would be happy to get some responses.
