Hi ,

i wanna take the ITIL foundations exam , what are the best materials for achieve this ? what is the exam code on prometric ? by the way is the ITIL V3 not available now ??

There is only 1 ITIL Foundation Exam.

Please check with Prometric / testing body.

There is official study material. There are several threads in this site stating this

If you dont want to search the site, please google the following - ITIL Foundation and Liz Gallacher.

This should provide you with a link to the Official course ware for ITIL Foundation.

In addition, if you google ITIL Official site, you will find out what is tested

Please take the effort to search yourself either here on on the 'net. The information you seek is on the net
