Hi Guys,,
I am new to this forum.I have heard of the ITIL certification and i am interested. I am working as a System Analyst - IT in Banking Domain and have an experience o about 2.5 Years. I have seen in some sites the eligibility details but i am not able to get trough it.. Can anyone provide me with the details ??

For a systems analyst, I am quite surprised you did not find thngs like the Official ITIL site - which defines what the requirements are for the different levels of ITIL Certifications
In addition, I am quite surprised you did not even bother with Wikipedia - which actually has a decent explanation of ITIL, the certification path and even - lo and behold, the specific URLs for the ITIL Official site
I surmise - not being a system analyst - you type ITIL and this site popped up at the top of list.
Do yourself a favor ... go to the Official Site
