I have done the ITIL Foundation and many of you will agree with me that as the name suggests that it gives only the basic knowledge. My team leader and friend Oscar who is in Change Management has also done the ITIL Foundation and is going to US on a client requirement. I want to know which are the Intermediate courses he can take and whether there are suitable options for him to take the course in USA. I want precise answers only and it will be helpful if one provides information about an ATO specializing in Intermediate courses in USA.
