Hi all. Can someone kindly perhaps elaborate with examples on the meanings of 'release', 'release unit', and 'release package' in the ITIL context?

what I need is someone to elaborate the glossary text as I am not clear about whether I understand what ITIL means with 'release'.

Instead of falling again for providing study material for you, why dont you provide the defintion of Release according to the ITIL GLossary 2011 and what problems that you are having with the definition.

The definition is quite clear and direct.

It is a declarative sentance.

You also have not answer my question to the earlier post about whether you are using this forum as a study source
