How to obtain PDU's?

Dear folks,
I have a confusion to be clarified. Kindly guide me to understand the duration for collecting PDU's. I passed PMP in July 2011. Do I need to earn 20 pdu's every year or can I collect 60 pdu's before 3rd year, and then submit to PMI ?

What is a PDU ?
I would presume PDU is professional development unit ?

If this is for PMP, this should be more directed to PMP rather than this site which is ITIL oriented

Hi UKVIKING,

PDU is Professional Development Unit. According to my knowledge I have to gain 60 PDU's before the 3rd year. For this I need to take up certain courses. But I am not sure about the companies which are providing such courses

While some people may have knowledge about PDUs for PMP, I recommend you seek a more appropriate forum
