Why not ask the ladies as well? _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."

Could you be more specific? For example, do you want...
A report that addresses Capacity Requests tied to Production Operations?
A computing resources Capacity Report (CPU, Memory, I/O, etc.)?
Storage resources Capacity Report?
Network traffic Capacity Report?
Facility Capacity Report (i.e. Data Centers, Racks, etc.)?
A capacity report that addresses the needs of solutions, as they're moving (or are scheduled to move) through the environments of your SDLC?
A Service Capacity Report that highlights the ability to meet Supply and Demand for one or more Services?
etc.
There are many reports that can be useful, depending on the context of the problem you're trying to address, and I think it's easier for the community to assist you if you're more specific.
My Best,
Frank Guerino
