Hi Gurus, I need to develop a process for TestBed Mgmt. It will be controlled by Change mgmt. We have 3 Test Environment, for Release, Defect, E2E testing. As a starting point: I have collected two information 1. Capabilities of those Test Bed and difference applications among them. 2. Availabilty. How frequent those TestBed are used. For each operation we will inform customer and take approval. What more points I need to consider ?? By the way, do you have any link or doc that can use as a guide line?
