I found out I passed the ITIL Foundation course(90%). I had a previous post where I mentioned the company that gave the training and it got nuked; so I'll leave that out. It was a 3 day course and it was very good at getting us through the test and giving us base level ITIL knowledge. My company paid for the cert and I think it was well worth the time. It would have been good to have a workshop associated with the course and have more real-life context given to the material, but I took the course for what is was - a foundation course. A bunch of us are considering taking the intermediate courses but we're not sure our organization is going to fully buy-in to the framework.
