Hi

Hope you are all well. I am hoping for some opinions if possible please? We are banding around the idea of looking at Microsoft System Centre Service Manager for a number of area's within our business, as a result we were thinking about how this might work as a Change Management tool. Has anyone had any experience with this particular software with respect to Change Management? Is it good, bad or ugly?

Any feedback greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I'm also interested.

We're looking to implement SCSM2012 for our current ITIL processes and would like to share thoughts and experiences about the application.

Feedback is much appreciated.

Afraid not, we are currently using a system called Supportworks, which is quite clunky. I know the techie's would love system centre because of the integration available with the actual systems they would be working on.
