Hope you are all well. I am hoping for some opinions if possible please? We are banding around the idea of looking at Microsoft System Centre Service Manager for a number of area's within our business, as a result we were thinking about how this might work as a Change Management tool. Has anyone had any experience with this particular software with respect to Change Management? Is it good, bad or ugly?
