Hi Gurus,
I think it is better to involve operation team member during Release Testing (before deployement). But due to resource problem in my organization they cannot attend.
Release team just describe the new Release Functionalities to Operation team two three days before deploy in production.
Is there any suggestion to improve the handover process to operation team?

How can you avoid involving operations in release testing? Functional testing, yes (unless the functions affect operations), but release testing is about making the release operational. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."
