Hi Gurus,

I need to give a report on Change Management

1. Will show the workload and pressure

2. Calcualte the Worload (any formula?)


Anybody has any ideas?

Start with your change log.

Pull off KPI's

Go back and pull off weekly or monthly figures
You can use things like:

Number of changes
Number of emergency, normal, standard changes
Number of notifications,

etc etc..

Most of my work is on email so I use number of emails into mailbox, number sent, responce time for each received email etc etc..
