Hello, I am a college senior graduating this semester. I am curretly taking a basic ITIL course. I have been assigned to take an online test for my final. If I do close to perfect I will get an A for the course instead of a B. I would like someone to help me answer the questions I am unsure about while I am taking the test. The test is due this friday by 8 pm. If you can help that would be great. The test from my understanding a itil foundations practice exam.

So what exactly do you want ?

If you studied, then you should score well on the exam
If you studied very hard, you will score exceedingly well

The test is based on the material you are studying....
