Hi All

For ITSCM plan specifically for Invocation could you please help me understand any other things that i need to capture apart from the below

1.retrieval of back up /tapes or data vaulting

2.retrieval of essential documentation for procedures

3. Mobilizing the team to back up location

In Service Design IT Service Continuity Management plays most important role .

Invoking is Invocation .

I haven't worked too much on Continuity Management and hence thought to take your views . Thanks for your suggestion again UKVIKING
