-How does ITIL define a BAU change? Does it have to be non service impacting?
-Apart from BAU, Normal(Planned) and Emergency, does ITIL have any other Change Categories?
I'm looking for a Change Category to describe Frequent Releases made by Third Parties
I know a Release is different to a Change but the Company I work for want to get visibility of Third Party Releases via our own Change Control process so I need to wrap them up in change category.
Anyone had the same situation or can offer some ideas?

yes a BAU change should be non-service affecting.
