Does anyone have copies of generic job descriptions for ITIL positions?

if you have them try looking in the Service Support and Service Delivery text books. Most process areas have a section about Roles and Responsiblities for the Process Manager. While it's not a complete JD it will give you some guidelines.

If you don't have the books, there is a link to book site on the www.itilcommunity.com (left hand side).
