Posted: Fri Oct 04, 2013 10:27 pm Post subject: ITIL Demand Management
Hello World (this is my first post),
I am creating a processprotocol for ITIL v3 Demand Management.
Every ITIL process needs some kind of trigger (input) to start the process. When the process is finished it result in output. What could it be for Demand Management?
Can anyone also tell me which KPI’s can be defined for Demand Management? I have one KPI named “Existence of an approved next year businessplan”, but there must be more.
Just go through the OGC publications for Service Strategy.
It talks about the Demand management as a process in detail and you will get the answer to all your questions.
For reasons of brevity, I am not going into full detail here but you need to first look at the process interfaces for Demand management. What are the other life cycle processes that DM interfaces with?
You will be able to work out the inputs and outputs once you have a clear understanding of this.
