I have an opportunity for a Technical Consultant with experience of implementing HP Openview Service Desk (OVSD). The successful candidate will assume the position of Technical Lead. Responsibilities may include:
• Undertake consultative engagements with customers on all aspect of HP OpenView Service Desk
• Project delivery
• Customer sales meetings and technical demonstrations
• Providing impartial advice and guidance for all Service Desk issues
• Scope projects/deliverables
• Act as a mentor to Associate Consultants on all aspects of the Consultant role, transferring skills as required
• Deliver Skills Transfer for the customers
• Deliver presentations to external customers and partners
Location: UK
Permanent Salary range: £60-75,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus, car allowance and benefits _________________ ADAM TULLY
