I have an opportunity for a Technical Consultant with experience of implementing HP Openview Service Desk (OVSD). The successful candidate will assume the position of Technical Lead. Responsibilities may include:

Undertake consultative engagements with customers on all aspect of HP OpenView Service Desk
Project delivery
Customer sales meetings and technical demonstrations
Providing impartial advice and guidance for all Service Desk issues
Scope projects/deliverables
Act as a mentor to Associate Consultants on all aspects of the Consultant role, transferring skills as required
Deliver Skills Transfer for the customers
Deliver presentations to external customers and partners

Location: UK
Permanent Salary range: 60-75,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus, car allowance and benefits
