what is benefit of having more than one person/team as R(responsible) for any task. I understand there can be only one A(accountable) for any set of task.

What is your understanding of why there can only one accountable for any set of tasks?
How does that differ from you understanding of having more than one person/team responsible for any task?

It depends on how big is the task and how innovative the task is .
You give innovative tasks to multiple teams to get new thoughts
You will have multiple people doing tasks depending on the nature of the work _________________ Kranti Kiran Kumar Gedela
