Can anyone recommend a good Change Tool - that is easy to use, reliable and easy to customise.

I'm a freshman of Release Management, recent days I'm searching on the internet try to find one/some popular change management tools, but have no idea how to define a good change management tool...
In release management area, there is a concept called "Continuous Integration" and many ones recommend Jenkins tool, in contrast, in change/configuration areas, I didn't find a similar tool yet.
