Ask the questions in here.

But, have you gone to the official site and read the FAQ or to Wikipedia which has a good section on ITIL

If not, do so.

Then ask the questions in here.

If the answer is not one that is found in the publically available FAQ or the wiki or other things, you will get an answer.
If however, you ask a basic question, the answer will be - read the book
