By mistake, I have put wrong date of birth when giving ITIL foundation (MM as DD and DD as MM)..
Now tomorrow I am giving Intermediate SO and I have puth the same DOB as foundation .. so that my certificate can be integrated..

Will I be able to correct my DOB in candidate portal ? and what is the procedure to do so.

Any help will be really appreciated.

Thanks and Regards,
Jain

Why are you not asking the EI or Training organisation as they would be the ones to help you not a discussion forum like this
