Hello all,

At the moment I use a variety of tools to manage the team. I want to make this easier so that it's no so difficult for us.

Basically, I use a spreadsheet for the rota. This is OK but could do with a better interface, as you can probably imagine. It covers what needs to be covered and would only add ease of use as value if upgraded.

For holiday I unfortunately use Outlook. Not my choice... People can't easily see if the day they want to book has already been booked and it's awkward to navigate. I want something that makes it easy for the team to see if the absence threshold for a day has been reached, and also tells them how many days they should have left.

There are other minor things that I'd like ticked off, but I'd like to get these out of the way first in the interest of CSI to the team.

Thanks in advance

Faramous,

Outlook should be liked to MS Exchange

MS Exchange has calendars for groups - rooms, teams etc

Use that
