Hi,
I passed my ITIL v3 basic exam last March 2015.
However, I still do not have the certification or proof that I passed the exam.
To whom or where can I ask for a follow up of my certification?

Who did you take the course . exam or exam with ?

There would be an EI - EXIN, BCS, etc - that is the sponsor for the exam.

They are the ones you should disvcuss
