You will lead the implementation of the ITIL processes and the service improvement program for this large international outsourcing company.
You will need to have:
* Expertise in the implementation of the ITIL framework, preferably for a range of organisations
* Ability to develop and execute an ITIL Improvement program
* Certified in ITIL at Management level
You will need to be either an Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen to be eligible for a security clearance.
