Posted: Thu Jun 23, 2016 2:47 am Post subject: Who takes care of Enhancement/Upgrade Projects
We have "Enhancement" or "Upgrade" projects which will be executed on Servers/Infrastructure which is "Live". By "Live" I mean, the Servers/Infrastructure have production application running on them.
Now, a normal project would have been taken care by the "Build" team and later we would have transitioned to "Operations".
Here, as the Servers/Infrastructure is already live, will the Operations team take up the project work ?
