Hi All,
I am trying to create a set of references for Change Management implementation which I can use for all my Clients(as and when they come:))...While doing so...It struck me can we have implementation guidelines for different domains...as in BFSI domain, Telecom domain...or it does not make sense at all!!!
ITIL does not differentiate between domain of working and it is left to us to implemnent in various org from various domains but can we come up with some reference point and best practises for these domains...???
