The Manager's Certification exam is based around application of the disciplines to a case study. Also a large portion of organizational change focus. Typical questions might include: "Comany xxx does not see the need to implement Change Management. Give four benefits and four challenges of this approach" or "Explain to senior management how to create a successful service catalog"
This is just a taste, but I would focus on benefits and challanges for each of the disciplines, as well as knowing the components of each discipline.
