Can someone share a proces diagram including emergency change? Could not find a basic and simple (though clear) picture of this.

Identify need for change - Create/submit change - Change control review - Approval - Implementation - Post implementation review.

Up to you to decide how you want to handle Retro, Routine, Normal, Expedited and Emergency changes based on your needs.

Cabs scheduled as per your requirements above.
