Hi every body

Is it ok for an organization not to have any normal changes? All of the changes are standard and do not require any authorizations. (In order to receive ISO/IEC 20000)

Look at the definition in ISO 20000 as to what is SHALL and SHOULD for Change Management

I actually can not forsee any IT organisation that does not manage changes with CABs

but ....
