My client, a multinational Solutions company is currently looking for an ITIL Project Manager. The company has recently implemented phase one of the ITIL Processes, which include Change, Configuration and Release Management. Your role will to be refine these, as they are currently live. You will also be then expected to implement phase 2, which is Problem Incident Management. You need to be able to work with Assyst and Centennial and this is a MUST.
Candidates who are going to be considered for this role, are those that have had commercial experience of delivering a successful project of this kind. Commercial experience and having an ITIL qualification is a must. We are looking for senior ITIL people, who can handle the pressure of such a project. We need people who can work in a structured and logical way and have had experience of working in this kind of environment. This role has an immediate start and therefore candidates need to be available now.
